Progress continues to be made on the Element 30 housing and retail space at the University of Nebraska at Kearney’s University Village.Workers this week were completing roof trusses on Building A and started framing on Building D1. Carpenters have finished the first trim on the south end of the third floor of Building B, and the rough-in mechanical was completed in the same building. READ MORE.
