My unit has a "storage unit" right off of the 2 car garage, which has plenty of room for both my car and truck. Calley has been an absolute pleasure to deal with in the office, and I love the fact that packages can be delivered to the office area so they aren't just sitting out front of your place. Yes, they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Well worth it to me!"

  • I lived at Element 30 for a year while attending my last year at UNK! I’m not one to normally write reviews, but I felt I needed to! The apartment managers are the sweetest people! Calley has always been very friendly, patient, and kind to work with! I have had many great experiences with Kooper as well! They are all very on top of things and are always willing to help or answer any questions that you have! As for the apartments, I really enjoyed the layout of the 2 bedroom apartment I was residing in! It had a beautiful balcony along with a modern vibe to the interior. The amenities here are fantastic! I appreciated the indoor bike room to keep my bike from any outdoor damages and also loved the pool and the hot tub! Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a very welcoming community and a place that feels like home!
